Pictured on the left is Travis, after two deployments as a sniper in Iraq and Afghanistan, Travis returned home broken and suffering from depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and a traumatic brain injury.

With war still raging for Travis internally, he and his family lived in a cycle of uncertainty and fear.  In Travis's mind, suicide was his only way out.  Thankfully, his story doesn't end here.

Like Travis, countless Veterans live with invisible disabilities, including PTSD, resulting from their military service.

Joni and Friends Warrior Getaways are designed to bring Veterans and their families the hope and healing that can only be found in Jesus.
